Are you interested in setting up at Princess City Comic Con? Here are our rules regarding setting up at the convention:

  • While called Princess City Comic Con, we’re looking vendors across all of pop culture. Comics, cards (both TCGs and sports cards), video games, toys, board games, and crafters with pop-culture adjacent items (think custom RPG dice, cosplay items, and other comic, movie, and pop culture-inspired crafts).
  • Set-up will begin at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 17th. No set-up will available the day prior to the show. Your booth must be set up and ready to go when doors open at 9:00 a.m. No early tear downs will be allowed and could risk the awarding of booth space at subsequent shows. Vendors are responsible for the set up and tear down of their own respective booths, and event staff are unable to help carry inventory, supplies, or other items for you.
  • As PC3 is a family show, no vulgar or distasteful items are to be publicly displayed. Any items geared for adults must be marked as such and should not be able to be seen from the show floor. Event staff is not to be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Nothing, and absolutely nothing, is to be hung on the walls of the Expo Center. If you want to hang items, you must bring self-standing displays to hang them on.
  • Per Expo Center rules, no alcohol or smoking are allowed on the premises.
  • Booth spaces are $65 per spot. Each spot is 10′ wide x 8′ deep. Tables are available for an additional $5 per table. You may fit up to three (3) tables in a U-shape per booth, but that will allow for no sitting or storage. Incredibly limited outlets are available to select vendors. If you need a space by an outlet, you must mark so on your form. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own drop cords and power strips.
  • If awarded a space, PC3 staff will e-mail you an invoice. Due to limited space, the invoice must be paid with seven (7) days otherwise you will forfeit your spot(s). All fees paid are non-refundable. Each booth purchase comes with two (2) VIP badges and two (2) 10% off coupons to the PC3 concession stand.
